About the tour
Waterfall ice climbing is one of the most fun things to do in the winter months. Join us on a day of ice climbing close to your location.
Depending on the place we will climb the drive takes from 30-60 minutes. At the parking spot your guide will give you the equipment for the climb, harness, helmet, crampons, and ice climbing boots. When we get to the base of the waterfall our guide will show you how to ice climb and go over some things, before we start. This is usually multi pitch climbs so 2 or more pitches. It depends on the conditions where we will climb so we have to let you know a day before the tour starts. You don’t have to be a professional ice climber to join this tour.
This activity is a full day or 10-12hours so be ready for a long day in the frozen wonderlands of Iceland.
